UofL Career Coach Offers Comprehensive Services to Nursing Students
Hello!
My name is Becky Clark, and I am the Career Coach for UofL’s School of Nursing. As a Career Coach, I assist students in identifying interests, aptitudes, and career goals, as well as help students prepare for their future careers. I offer many career preparation workshops including CV/resume, cover letter and other job search document preparation, interviewing skills expertise, graduate school exploration and preparation, networking tips to succeed in the job search, and more.
I encourage you to contact me at any time to discuss your career goals. The UofL central Career Development Office is located on Belknap Campus in the lower level of the Houchens Building. Are you graduating this semester? Did you know that you can use not only your clinical experiences but your classroom experience to cover for lack of directly-related work experience by emphasizing your transferrable skills. Many skills acquired through classroom experience are applied in the work place.
